Array's Shop Policies

Welcome

I really enjoy when odds and ends from here and there come together in unity and create something beautiful. Its amazing how beads from yard sales, thrift shops, ritzy bead stores, old, new, plastic, crystal, all mingle together in harmony and create something delightful!

Payment

I accept PayPal, money order and personal checks.
Items paid for by check will ship after check has cleared.
I prefer PayPal payments.

The Other payment option is available for trades. Please convo me if you are interested in trading. We must agree on a trade in convo BEFORE the Other option will be accepted.

Shipping

Array Art& Accessories packages are sent through the United States Postal Service.

Domestic orders normally ship within 24 hours of payment.
Insurance available upon request. If you require insurance, please mention this in note to seller.

International orders are also often shipped within 24-72 hours of payment.

Unless otherwise noted, I will ship to the PayPal address.

To keep shipping costs down I often ship using recyled bubble envelopes.
Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item has been damaged in shipping, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of arrival.

Earrings cannot be returned for refund OR exchange. However, if earrings are damaged in transit, repairs will be made free of charge.

Customer must cover shipping costs for items returned. Array will cover costs for sending repairs and exchanges back to the customer.
