Each jewel purchased from *Vintage Filigree Jewelry* is guaranteed to be completely original in design and creation. Each piece is delicately hand crafted and lavishly adorned with the highest quality components, so you can rest assured that you are purchasing an authentic fine jewelry work of art unsurpassed by any other piece of its kind.

****If you are simultaneously ordering from our OldWorldRomance.Etsy.com shop please contact me at time of purchase and I will be happy to combine shipping charges to save you money ;) However if I don't hear from you, I might miss the opportunity to ship together and will not be able to adjust for combined shipping.

Payment

Most of our Jewelry creations are 1 of a kind, limited editions and in high demand, for that reason and to be fair to all customers.
· Payment must be received at the time order is placed.
· If you experience problems with PayPal please notify me immediately
· If for any reason you will need additional time for payment please contact me prior to placing your order.

Currently I accept payments thru PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay using a credit card.

Google checkout is now available. You will need to have Google checkout account to make a payment using Google. Signing up is free.

**As per Etsy policy, non-paying buyers will be reported.

Shipping

Shipping:

When placing your orders please be sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match, as I use PayPal shipping to send packages. If you wish your package to be sent to a different address, convo me through my Etsy shop.

For any questions please contact me thru Etsy conversation and I’ll be happy to respond asap.

All orders will be securely and lovingly packaged for protection!

Shipping within the US will be sent via USPS First Class including Delivery Confirmation.

**I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items. When insurance is not purchased or available, the buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.

**For your protection and peace of mind, insurance is available and encouraged. If you would like insurance, please contact me and I will send you an updated invoice.

For orders within the US, expedited shipping such as Express Mail or Overnight Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that once I ship the item, it is out of my hands and I have no control over transit time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS including Canada will be sent via USPS First Class International Air Mail. Priority mail, Registered mail and/or insurance are available for an additional fee upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally items get held up in Customs and may take up to four weeks for you to receive your orders (regularly its 7 to 14 business days) If you need your items sooner, purchasing a shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Mail and/or adding insurance can help speed up the delivery process :) We appreciate your patience!

Please note ALL customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:
Will be accepted for store credit excluding shipping charges only after approval for unworn, undamaged pieces in their original condition and packaging.
***Please contact us within 3 days of receipt date, BEFORE returning your item. All costs for the return postage including Delivery Confirmation/tracking are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom made orders: Due to the personalized nature of the items, custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned.

***Custom orders will require a 50% down payment at the time the order is placed. Turn around time will depend on size and intricacy of order :)

Sale or discounted items do not apply for additional wholesale discounts. No refunds available for wholesale orders. We will repair or exchange any item that becomes damaged due to faulty parts.
