Hi, if you aren't happy with what you get, let me know. I'll take it back as long as it has been within a reasonable time, say, 2 weeks or so.
I repair my own work if it ever breaks, for any reason, for as long as you own it, as long as it is from normal wear. If it breaks from accidents or whatever, I'll do my best and charge what is fair. I will restring quills once for free if you break it, for shipping costs. I will adjust length of necklaces and other adjustments for shipping costs, or a fair price if it is for extensive change. If you lose an earring, I will do my best to reproduce it and charge you half the current price for that style and shipping. If, upon receipt of your purchase from my shop, you are not satisfied, I will take my work back and refund your money -I ask that you tell me why, just out of curiosity, whether it be the wrong color, size for your face, not what you anticipated, etc., but it won't affect the refund of your purchase price and original shipping cost. You will pay only to return the item.
Payment
paypal, but i can take a US postal money order, or a check- allow time for it to clear before I ship, and please let me know if you require one of these alternative methods of payment. I will also do a payment plan if you like- like layaway- I will send out upon full payment.
In case of non payment, I will convo/email you twice- after 2 days, then 4. following etsy checkout, and if no answer is received, I will send a paypal invoice directly on the 6th day- If no contact is made, I will cancel the sale on the 8th day to receive my fees back and relist the item. Hopefully you won't do this to me. So stressful for sellers, and very inconsiderate. Just convo me to cancel the sale if you don't want it! I won't yell, I promise.
Shipping
I ship first class mail, not priority mail, as it adds cost with not much more speed- better for both of us- unless otherwise requested and paid for. I put delivery confirmation on every package, except international sales as that is cost prohibitive. I just cross my fingers and bid it godspeed. Let me know if it doesn't arrive in a reasonable time, say a week to 10 days, then we will wait 2 full weeks, and discuss our options on an individual basis.
Please let me know right away if the item does not arrive in perfect condition.
If an item is returned to me for some reason, I will attempt to contact you by email/convo for one week following the return. I will cancel the sale on the 8th day and refund the purchase price minus my cost to ship the item and confirm delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If items are damaged or unsatisfactory for you, please return them and I will refund your purchase price and the shipping cost to return item to me. Original shipping cost will not be refunded if it is not my fault the item is damaged- If I messed up by improper mailing, I will refund the original shipping as well.
I don't exchange items, as it gets confusing. Every transaction will be separately handled -a cancelled sale of the first and buyer must buy the second- to avoid confusion and complications. Many repeated returns from the same customer is not acceptable, nor is it very nice.
Feel free to contact me for any reason regarding your purchase. I'm a pretty nice gal overall. So they tell me.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I don't accept custom orders in general, due to my work schedule, the labor intensive nature of my work, and my selfish wish to keep my time and energy my own and my stress level to a minimum. However, I can often reproduce items in my sold section fairly closely, and I can post other colors of items I may have in stock if you like a particular style. The bulk of my work is not listed on etsy, so I will be happy to talk to you about color requests if they are color schemes already shown in my shop- these are colors I am comfortable working in. Trust me, it's important to work in colors you like if you want a beautiful outcome to the work! Thanks!
