Payment

PAYMENT
I can only accept Paypal payments, Payment must be made at checkout. But if you cant pay immediately please let me know of delay.

Shipping

CHARGES
I always try to keep my postage to a minimum. Exchange rates may vary so I have reached a price that covers my post and packaging as closely as possible. Insurance is not included.

PACKING
I have just sourced good old fashioned rolls of brown paper and now wrap my parcels in this way where possible.

POSTING TIMES
I always aim to post on the next working day. Occasionally it may be two days depending when your order was placed. Bank holidays may make postal delays unavoidable and out of my control.

INSURANCE
I always retain proof of postage. I cannot take responsibility for the parcel once I have posted it. If you require insurance you must request this in the order and I will quote the additional postal insurance cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I always aim to make everything to the highest standards, the standard I would be happy with myself. If for any reason you receive a purchase which is not acceptable, please contact me on day of receipt to resolve the situation. Please take a look at my feedback, my customers have all been happy with their purchases so far. I hope you will be happy with yours too.
