Payment

We accept payment by Paypal only. We do not ship items until payment is received, so please ensure you have fully completed your purchase: many find Etsy's checkout confusing to navigate, and forget to press the 'Pay With Paypal' button, which renders their transaction incomplete. If you are having problems, don't hesitate to contact us for help.

As proof of commitment, we ask that custom orders are paid for in advance.

Shipping

We try to ship within three days of purchase (excluding weekends). Purchases will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, and for international items Airmail. Both these services have automatic insurance up to £30. Additional insurance can be purchased on request. Just let us know before your item is shipped and we will invoice you for the extra cost. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We always obtain proof of posting and will assist purchasers with any claim in this regard. Such instances are extremely rare, and although we have had packages go astray, they have always turned up in the end. Generally inland packages will be delivered in 1-2 days. Airmail times differ - typically to the US they will take 7 - 10 days, but the odd one will be delayed by Customs or other agencies and will take up to 6 weeks. Please do not panic for at least 14 days. The Post Office recommends waiting 4 weeks before instituting claims.

If you can find the time to tell us, we always appreciate knowing your parcel has arrived safely and that you are happy with it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our garments, refunds and exchanges can only be given where the item is faulty. We cannot refund or exchange simply on aesthetic grounds or because you supplied the wrong information regarding size. Please take your measurements very carefully and bear in mind that we cannot see you and must therefore rely solely on the information you give to us.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you would like to custom order from us, drop us a line. There is no extra charge for custom items, and we can offer you choices of prints and trims not yet featured in our shop.

We do not offer a consignment service, but are open to wholesale enquiries.

Our work is protected by Intellectual Property laws - we want you to appreciate it, but not steal it. If you think you might like to copy it, please think again. And again. Until you have a better idea.
