Hello!

My name is Kari Beth, and I am an artist and designer from Nashville. All reconstructed vintage jewelry items are hand made with love by me. : )

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal (credit, debit, MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER cards). I really appreciate those buyers who pay within 24 hours of buying an item. If you are not able to do so, please send me a conversation through Etsy, and I'm very understanding. If I have not received payment within 24 hours of a purchase, I will send you a reminder email. : ) If you have not paid within a week, and I have not heard from you, I will have to cancel your purchase.

Shipping

I try and ship items out at least twice a week. I ship all of my jewelry items uniquely wrapped and in a box for safe keeping in their travels. All orders within the US are sent First Class with a delivery confirmation. Please note that international orders are shipped First Class, and I cannot be responsible for orders that are lost. If you would like an international delivery confirmation, the package must be sent Priority, so please contact me upon purchasing an item so that I can calculate the cost. Also, please keep in mind that because of customs, international shipments can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I want to make sure that all packages arrive beautifully safe and sound! : )

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns, but I do accept exchanges/store credit upon the arrival of the original purchased item. Please email me or convo me before mailing an item back. If you have any questions about any of my pieces, I will be more than happy to answer them. Or, if you need a piece to be longer/shorter... or modified in some way, I am more than willing to work with you. All of my pieces are very well made and are all items that I would wear myself. But, if for some reason a piece is damaged after it's purchase at any time, I am more than happy to "fix" a piece at no additional charge (that includes no shipping charge).
