Payment

Please make payment within 3 days of your order. I only accept PAYPAL for payment- it seems to be best especially since it costs the buyer nothing. You can pay with your credit card through PAYPAL too.

Shipping

As far as purchases are concerned- here are my shipping and return policies:

I usually ship within 48 hours of your payment.

Shipping charges do not include insurance so if you would like your package insured please contact me and I will send an adjusted invoice reflecting the insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

I don't want unhappy customers, so please let me know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase! If you still would like to make a return, I will accept one within 7 days of your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to wholesale orders- please convo me for details. Also, I can easily make custom orders, or customize an item already in my shop. Names, special dates, or occasions make my frames and boards EXTRA special!
