I love custom orders, especially for the magnets, so if you want something you don't see here please email me at mishfashion [!at] aol.com or you can contact me here on etsy.
I do require a deposit after a design is approved for the magnets. And a deposit before I start any other type of custom project.

Payment

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. THANK YOU.

Shipping

::: For all customers:
Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. (Weekends and US holidays are not included in shipping times.) Custom orders ship 3-5 days. If you need your order faster please contact me and we can work something out. Your order will be well packaged in a sturdy box or bubble mailer.
**Is this a gift? Not a problem, I offer gift wrapping and a gift card upon request for an additional fee of $5.


I am not responsible for packages in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in the mail. (Although, I will do my best to help resolve any problems.)

Your order will be mailed first class or Priority through USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders totaling $75 or more will automatically be insured at no extra cost. For orders less than $75, let me know if you would like to purchase insurance and I can create an adjusted invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me prior to leaving feedback if you have any problems or concerns with your order.
Returns are possible, however they are handled on a case-by-case basis. (Custom made orders are non-returnable unless there is an actual flaw in the design or item.) Shipping costs are not refundable.
IF I MADE A MISTAKE with your order I will fix it immediately at no additional cost.
My main goal is good customer service.
