Welcome

Regarding my shop policies. First of all, I want each customer to be completely satisfied and happy with their purchase. If that is not the case, please let me know. I will be glad to accept the item for return (your shipping charge). Additionally, if the item is not what you wanted, I can also make some additional design changes (such as sizes or small color accents), in order to provide you with a purchase you are happy with. Feel free to write or call me with any suggestions or comments.

Payment

I prefer payment with Pay Pal if possible. Additionally, I will accept personal checks for the full amount including shipping. After the check clears, I will ship your item(s) within 24 hours if possible. I can also accept certified money orders, or Bank checks if necessary. I will need to hear from you via email regarding any alternative payment plans. Presently, I am unable to accept credit cards but hope to have that option available by the end of 2008. (Needless to say, if you have established a positive relationship with my Shop, I will most likely be able to extend favorable payment options, or discount on volume purchases- more than 3 items.)

Shipping

I will ship all items within the continental US at first class rates. The cost will be $4.00 with a $2.00 additional fee for multiple items (up to 3). If you would like to include insurance, please let me know and I will add the extra $1-2 to the total. For international purchases, I will charge $6.00 for the first item, along with $3.00 for any additional items (up to 3). All amounts are in US dollars.

Refunds and Exchanges

As stated above, I will be happy to extend a refund of the total cost of your item if you are not completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Just let me know via email, and we can discuss specifics regarding return shipment. (You will need to pay for the return shipping charges.) I want my customers to feel thrilled with their purchase(s) and, if not, please let me know.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will be happy to accept custom orders. You will need to make your request through the Alchemy option on the Etsy website. Please be specific, you can even send photos, and I will do my best to fulfill your vision. We can work out the details either via email or by phone as you prefer.

Disclaimers: My descriptions of the content of various metals and glass items in my designs will be described as accurately as possible. All of the metal findings which I purchase are labeled as "lead free" or with "trace amounts" of lead as described by the manufacturer. You can always send me a question regarding the metal/lead content in any of the components of my jewelry. Please also note that many of the items in my jewelry designs are quite small and should not be handled by children under the age of 4.
