I take great pride in creating quality items. I work very hard to make sure that stitches are strong, monograms are straight and the supplies I use are top of the line. You can purchase with confidence knowing that I will NOT sell an item that I do not consider good enough for my own children.

Payment

^PAYMENT^
Payment is accepted through paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to access their services. You are expected to pay within 3 days of your purchase. If you change your mind, please be courteous to cancel with me so I can in turn cancel your order with Etsy. If you do not, I will be forced to leave negative feedback for you.

Shipping

^SHIPPING^
My shipping costs are based on first class mail via the USPS. If an item is too big or bulky, then costs reflect priority mail rates. If you ever wish to upgrade shipping, please convo me before making your purchase.

Insurance is optional, but recommended. Insurance costs range from $1.70 to $2.60 depending on the value of your items. These prices can be accessed at www.usps.com.

Once an item leaves my hands I am not responsible for it. You are only covered for the loss of that item if you have purchased the optional insurance. Please do not expect to be compensated for a lost item if you have not purchased the insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

^RETURNS^
Although I have never had a return, I must put this in here! Returns are ONLY valid on non-personalized items. Returns must be cleared with me personally before you send anything back. You must contact me with questions or concerns within 5 days of receiving your items. Returns are only acceptable on unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Returns are only for the price of the item, not shipping. A thorough inspection of the item is required before the money is sent to you via paypal.

Personalized items are NOT eligible for a return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

^TURN AROUND TIME^
My typical turn around time is three business weeks. Many times it is much faster, but please allow adequate time for your items to be made and shipped to you. If you require an item sooner than my normal wait time, please convo me for rush shipping charges.

^FEEDBACK^
Please be sure to come back to my site and leave feedback after you receive your item. If you can, also leave a photo of you and your items. I love to see my customers using their products.
