I hope you will enjoy browsing my jewelry!. All my woven jewelry is made from high quality materials. To the untrained eye it can be difficult to realise why some materials are better then others. in my shop however you need not wonder as i have done the work for you! My work is high quality made from high quality materials.

if you spot something you adore but need different colours/sizes/closures etc. please contact me :)

please take a close look at the materials listed for each item. i am upgrading my metals (to silver and gold)and even similar items may be made from different base components :)

Payment

For my etsy store i use paypal payments or credit card through paypal! PLEASE NOTE; you do not have to have paypal to pay with your credit card through paypal. please contact me for support when needed :).

Customers in the Netherlands may contact me for other payment methods when unable to pay by paypal or credit card

Payment terms and cancellation:
Items can be placed on hold for a maximum of 1 week. payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Unpaid orders will be cancelled.

Tax:
Your country may charge income tax over your purchases, please take note of your countries regulations.

Shipping

items are shipped within 7 working days (i always try the day after)and an e-mail will be send to advice you of the date it was shipped. please allow 2 weeks for international post.

Refunds and Exchanges

NO Refunds for items under 20US$ are given when the item is faulty or broken It will be replaced on my account.

unhappy with your purchase? (over 20 US$) contact me within a week and we will work towards a solution together. refunds may be given when item is faulty or broken. valid reason must be given for i do not refund a change of heart.

To all customers:
My work is quality handmade. if you ever experience damage or breakage please contact me and we will be able to work to a solution together. this may be repair or replacement free of charge(excl shipping!)or against a small renumeration for replacementsparts etc

You may also contact me for repairs for items not made by me. Price of service to be determined on a case by case situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders:
are my favorite!, please do contact me! I do not charge extra for custom orders (please note that shipping to me, for materials needed for your custom order, will be transferred to customer)however i do require 50% payment up front.

Wholesale orders:
please know that my current prices are already as low as possible. for wholesaleorder i give 20% off. minimum order of 10 items with a total value of 500 US$ after discount.
