Payment

Payments must be made within three days of purchase. I will email you a reminder if I have not received your payment within 2 days. The morning of the fourth day, I will re-post the item. If you have some special circumstances please email me. I'm friendly and big-hearted, however, we must communicate. Just talk to me!

Shipping

When possible, I use recycled packaging material with your new artwork’s safety a priority. I ship within 2 - 3 days business days of your order with payment. I send convos noting the day your work was shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service by either First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders with payment are mailed via USPS by First Class Mail International. International customers may request to upgrade shipping or add insurance but will be charged the additional cost. Please note that any custom fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

LOCAL
Lets meet for coffee! I would be happy to waive the shipping costs if you would like to pick-up your work or meet at Dagney's Coffeehouse.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to make you happy. Plain and simple. If for any reason your love for the piece wanes upon receipt, please convo me. I will accept returns within thirty (30) days of original purchase date in original condition. I take extra care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and damage free. If this proves contrary, I will work with you to resolve the issue in whatever way I can.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Lets work together to make it happen. I will do custom orders like, but not identical to anything you see in my shop or sold in my shop. However, my work is truly one-of-a-kind and can not be duplicated. Just convo me and we can talk about it! Custom orders require extra time to execute, so timing is key. I will complete custom orders in the order in which they are received.
