Payment
At this time I only accept Paypal payments!
Shipping
All ready made items will ship within 48 hours of payment received. Custom items will ship by the date arranged with the customer through the design process.
Shipping fees include the shipping material as it is not included in the price of the item.
All items will be shipped via Canada Post. Items shipped to the US will ALWAYS be shipped via Expedited Parcel unless otherwise requested as it is the most economic method. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping ie. upgrading to a quicker method, please convo me before making the purchase.
***For time sensitive items such as wedding invitations it is STRONGLY recommended that you upgrade shipping to include a tracking number. I cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive in time***
Shipping internationally may incur duty and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
*Lost/Damaged*
Unfortunately things happen and packages go missing or arrive damaged. I strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance in case of such incidents. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Insurance up to $100 is included in the shipping price unless otherwise noted. If you would like more please let me know before purchasing
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have a problem with your order within 7 days of receiving the item. I want you to LOVE your items. I like to keep my customers happy!
If your item arrives damaged I will refund the item's full cost minus the shipping once the item is shipped back to me and I have received it.
There are no refunds on any shipping costs. See above for information regarding lost packages.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I love to do custom work. If there is something in the shop you like but need a different colour or pattern or something entirely new, please contact me.
Custom wedding invitation design requires a 50% downpayment with $100 of that acting as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will act as a credit to your final order. The deposit must be paid before I begin the custom work.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to double check your proof and all the spelling. Before I begin the final printing process I require written permission in the form of a convo or email.
Custom order can take between 1-8 weeks depending on the order. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be assembled and delivered.
All designs are property of PULP fusion and as such I do not charge an additional fee for custom work. I retain the right to recreate and resell a design I make for you.
