Welcome

With over 25 years of sewing and needlework experience, you can be sure you will be getting a quality handmade item! All of my items are created one at a time in my home studio with extreme care and attention to detail.

Payment

Paypal is preferred, but I also accept Checks, Money orders and Cashier's checks. Personal Checks will be held 10 business days. There will be a 6.75% tax charged for buyers in Ohio.

Shipping

I only charge actual shipping charges! In cases of shipping overpayments, the difference will be refunded within 2 business days.

International purchases will be shipped using UPS ONLY! I'm sorry for this but due to new US mail Changes, I feel this is a necessary policy in order to better serve my customers.

I will NOT Falsely indicate items as gifts on customs forms, it is illegal and carries not only hefty fines but also jail time as it is a federal offense.

I will gladly combine shipping on additional purchases within 5 days!

Refunds and Exchanges

In the US: Insurance is optional but HIGHLY recommended. I will not be held responsible for lost or stolen mail.
International:Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

I will gladly accept returns on ready to ship items within 5 days, Cutoms orders are on a case by case basis, personalized items are non returnable unless I have made a mistake.
