Payment
Immediate payment is due after purchase. At this time I am able to accept Paypal only. I am currently unavailable to do trades.
If payment is not submitted immediately, you will receive a covo and email reminder. After 3 days of non-payment the transaction will be relisted, canceled, and appropriate feedback will be left.
Please be aware that paying through Paypal with an eCheck (transferring funds from your bank account) will take up to 4 business days to clear. Your items will not be shipped until payment clears.
Shipping
Please make sure your paypal address is current and correct. This is the address that your order will ship to unless otherwise specified in the notes to seller.
US orders ship first class or priority mail, as specified in the listing. International orders ship first class unless special arrangements are made via convo.
Reduced shipping is available for all multiple item purchases, please check the listings. If you order many items and your shipping payment allows, I will upgrade US shipping to Priority mail or refund a portion of your shipping costs. Please convo me if you have any questions.
To protect them from rough postal handling and the elements, small items are shipped on a display card in a small plastic bag inside a tyvek bubble mailer. Large items and are wrapped in recycled plastic bags inside a cardboard box. I use recycled boxes and packaging whenever it is possible.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes. Your customs form will be marked as "other" with the actual value and description of your purchase on the form. Please note international first class can take as little as a week or up to 4-8 weeks depending on location. I will ship priority if you prefer and send you a revised invoice or make a reserved listing, but be warned it is rather expensive!
If you would like insurance on your purchase please contact me to discuss the rate and I will send a revised invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify me immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way and I will work with you to resolve the situation.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you are interested in colors or styles other than what I have listed, please convo me and I'll see if I can make a reserved listing for you! Many sold items are also able to be remade.
