Payment

I prefer Paypal or Money Orders. If you need to arrange for an alternate payment method just let me know and I'll try to work with you as best I can.

Have your eye on something special - but need to wait till payday? I'm happy to put it on reserve for you. We can also set up a layaway style plan.

Shipping

I am happy to ship to the US, Canada and International. I send all my items via First Class mail in order to keep shipping costs low. And I generally mail out my items twice a week, more often during the holiday season.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives broken or damaged in any way please contact me within 3 days of it's arrival. I will repair, replace or refund you for the item.

I stand behind the quality of my work. If you find that a piece has broken or needs repair just let me know and I will be glad to fix it for you at no charge.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have allergies and need a piece made a certain way I am happy to do so. I can remake earrings into Sterling Silver or use a non-toxic adhesive for you.
