*All items are made in a smoke free environment.
*All of the socks used are brand new and stuffed with 100% polyester fluff
*Anything decorated with buttons is not suitable for young children.
*I only ship within Canada

Payment

*I only accept paypal

Shipping

*I will ship within 48hrs of payment being received using Canada post.
*It should take up to a week for items to arrive. I always keep my fingers crossed that its sooner rather than later, but once the post has the parcel it's out of my hands. If you need it right away let me know and I can give you some options and prices.

Refunds and Exchanges

*If you're not satisfied with your purchase let me know within week of receiving your item and we can figure something out. But keep in mind that monsters get very attached to their new families and will be quite sad if they get sent back.
