Payment

I only accept payments through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal acct. or credit card (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by card). If you are having difficulty in checkout please let me know and I'll do what I can to help. Please pay in a timely manner.

Shipping

As a rule I ship USPS First Class Mail. If you need an upgrade to priority mail, just let me know and I'll adjust your invoice accordingly. Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs after payment is received.

***International Customers***
Please know the laws and regulations of purchasing internationally. MugsysBeads is not responsible for customs and duties fees that may be imposed by your country. If you have any questions contact your local customs office for important information you need to know when buying out of country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every effort is made to insure accurate descriptions and items are packaged securely. If you are having a problem with your order, please get in touch and we can work something out.
