Payment

I accept PayPal, and checks on a case by case basis.

Shipping

I ship USPS with insurance. All pottery is double boxed filled with peanuts and/or foam to ensure your item arrives safely and in one piece. Due to extensive packing materials and the need to double box, shipping ranges from around $9 for a mug or small bowl to $20 for larger items. If there is a difference in the shipping charge I have quoted, I will refund the difference through paypal.

Books are mailed in bubble wrap envelopes or cardboard envelopes (Depending on size).

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with anything, or if a piece is damaged in transit, dont hesitate to contact me and i will work with you to make things right. My packages are insured so you dont have to worry about losing money.
