As a mother myself, I take extra care to provide a quality product that will last. I love to provide other moms and dads with an alternative to what you find in that big ol' baby superstore. You'll find no yellow duckies or bears with half shirts here!

Payment

I accept Paypal only. Don't fret if you don't have a Paypal account. You can still make a secure payment using your credit card on their site without having an acct. It will only take a minute.

Shipping

How will your package be shipped?

Domestic US: USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
International: USPS Priority Mail, delivery confirmation is not available.

When can you expect your item to be mailed?

Unless otherwise specified, please allow 2-3 days following receipt of payment for your order to be shipped. I am the sole seamstress behind Pogibabies, but please be assured that I do my very best to get things out in a professional and timely manner.

I'd be happy to expedite shipping if you need it. Please convo me prior to submitting your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you love your Pogibabies item!

Should you need to return/exchange an item for a refund or a different size, the item must be returned to me with tags attached within 30 business days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. No refunds will be issued after the 30 day period.
