Hello! Please read below for payment and shipping policies, and other important info.

Payment

All orders shipping within California will incur 9.75% sales tax, calculated during your PayPal payment process.

PayPal payments must be made within 3 days of order date, unless other arrangements have been made between the buyer and myself. If a payment is not received within a few hours of the order, I will send an etsy convo to gently remind you of this time limit. If payment is not made by the third day, I will send another message notifying you of the order cancellation.

If you select money order as your form of payment, I will contact you to arrange any necessary details. Orders do not ship until payment has been received.

Shipping

Orders ship out within 48 hours of payment, except on holidays or as otherwise notified. When you place your order, please double check that your etsy and PayPal shipping info match, to avoid shipment delays.

At this time, I only ship via First Class Mail and Air Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand by the quality of my work, and believe that my shop listings accurately depict the actual product you will receive in the mail.

If you have any issues regarding your order, however, please convo me the soonest possible so that we may come to a happy resolution.
