Now down to the knitty gritty .... welcome to my shop policies, and thank you for taking the time to read.

Payment

PAYMENT
Paypal is prefered method of payment. Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. Cheques will be accepted in the UK only but will have to clear before purchase is shipped.

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they don't - I'll have to confirm the correct address before shipping.

Orders ship within 3-4 business days of cleared payment received, or sometimes sooner depending how busy I am! Within the UK orders are shipped First class mail.International orders are shipped First class mail and usually take 5 business days to the USA. I will refund any excess shipping charges if I miscalculate the shipping costs.

Most of my items come with insurance, but for larger items, if you require insurance please contact me for a quote and I will send you a revised invoice. If insurance is not taken I can not be held responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I'm happy to refund if there is a fault in the item or error on my part. If the item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
