Payment

Paypal is our prefered method. We also take money orders. Keep in mind that paypal is always going to be faster. If you pay by money order your order will not process until the money order has been cashed free and clear.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the number of items you choose, the size and weight of the item(s), and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. We will ship things for as cheap as possible, don't worry, we don't work for the United Postal Service. If you need something faster, let us know and we'll figure out the expedited shipping cost(s). Oh, yeah we haven't mastered the international shipping thing, so we ship to the United States only.

Refunds and Exchanges

Here's the not fun stuff. You may return unused and unworn items sold by cakekitty3 within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you made a mistake then you pay to ship it back. Be sure to ask all questions before ordering.

You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of recieving your return package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We'll do it as quickly as possible, we're not going to hold your money for seven days if we don't need to. That would be silly. Don't forget that your bank may take a few extra days to process your credit and post it to your account. We have no power over this.
