Payment

I accept Paypal (no echeques) and debit/credit cards. If you're in the UK I can also accept postal orders and cheques but these will take longer to clear.

Shipping

All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sent in sturdy postman-proof bags. I don't include food or bath type freebies because if you have pets they are quite likely to attack the parcel! Parcels are insured for up to $60. Contact me for higher value insurance (I do not build this cost into my prices automatically as it adds approx $8 to the cost).

UK customers: Estimated delivery time: 2 working days. Please contact me if you would like Recorded (signed for).

US/Canada/Other international customers: Estimated delivery time: 5 working days. If you would like to be able to track your parcel online it costs another $6.50

European customers: The price given for France is to include all countries in Europe. Estimated delivery time: 3 working days. If you would like to be able to track your parcel online it costs another $6.50.

Refunds and Exchanges

In general, I accept returns that are unworn and in the original condition. Please try on knickers and swimwear over your own clothes. I cannot accept returns of kinchaku due to being a container for food.

I will pay return postage if: I've made a mistake
You need to pay return postage if: you just don't like it or you've ordered the wrong size (in which case I will pay for the replacement to be sent out).
