Welcome

Our promise: We conceived it, designed it, refined it, built it, and sell it because we believe in it. If one of our products fails to meet your expectations, we want to know about it.

Payment

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards (via Paypal), personal checks, money orders, and Open House gift certificates.

Payment is due upon placement of order. Items will ship only after payment is received. Items purchased by check or money order will ship once payment has cleared the bank.

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Massachusetts as required by law.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Shipping

Orders are shipped USPS or UPS (air or ground) at our discretion with delivery confirmation. If you would like a particular shipping method, simply let us know. Any additional charge for a requested shipping method will be added to your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may return products within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for a store credit. Products that fail to arrive will be reshipped or refunded at customer's request.
