Payment

• Payment is accepted via Paypal. You can pay either simply using your credit card or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.

• Payment should be made immediately when purchasing by clicking on the 'pay now' button. If payment is not received and no contact has been made with me within 3 days I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

• All items are shipped by USPS First Class.

• All purchases are packaged in my own handmade decorative bubble mailers. These mailers use quality 3M bubble wrap which provide padded protection superior to commercial bubble mailers. They also look great and make your postal worker smile.

• I do my very best to make sure that all items ship within 2 business days of purchase.

• As a rule, I will leave seller feedback on the day your item(s) ship.

• While I don't specifically offer gift packaging, at your request I will ship your unmarked, unsealed bubble mailer inside and plain envelope so that you can forward your purchase on to its intended recipient.

• Occasionally, I include 1 or 2 promo cards for myself and other etsy sellers. If you are purchasing an item as a gift or simply do not want any promos included, please indicate in the message to seller box.

Refunds and Exchanges

• If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please contact me immediately. Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after original shipment.

• Please note that unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on my part, postage costs for a returned item will not be refunded.

• Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned that it could be lost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

• As the artist, I retain copyright over my work and this is not licensed without my explicit permission. I also retain copyright over the images of my work, etc. as displayed on this website and others.

• Finally, commercial resale of my work is not permitted without prior arrangement. Please contact me if you wish to discuss wholesale terms.
