We accept personal check, cashiers check, paypal, or money order. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. A maximum of two reminder notices will be sent. The first will be sent 24 hours after purchase via etsy convo. The second will be sent 48 hours after purchase to the email address listed in receipt. If payment is not received within 72 hours of purchase, the order will be canceled, and the item(s) will be returned to stock.

Shipping

We ship USPS first class with a confirmation of delivery unless otherwise noted. Currently, we're shipping about a week after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation number via USPS..again, unless otherwise noted.

returns are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied. We aim to please, believe in the quality of our product, and above all invest in the satisfaction of our customer. We are solution biased!

Additional Policies and FAQs

custom orders

We accept custom orders. If you require color samples, let us know. We can send swatches for a nominal cost.

When details of your custom order are agreed upon, we will notify you of a timeline. When your custom order is complete, we will list and give you notification via etsy CONVO of the custom listing. Your order will be listed for 78 hours. If not purchased within 78 hours, your custom order will be released for public purchase.
