Welcome to Kristena Witherspoon Designs!

Cool...funky...colorful...multicultural...handmade...Kristena Witherspoon Designs is a very unique line of one-of-a-kind and limited edition handbags. All of the bags that I create are consistently functional and always have their own quirky style. I am inspired by many different things, such as street fashion, cultures, architecture, shapes, and music. My mission is to create new and fresh products that are not mass produced and allow you to stand out from the crowd.

Payment

The following payment forms are accepted:
PAYPAL= the best way to pay and the fastest way to get your superfresh new bag!
CHECK= please make payable to KRISTENA WITHERSPOON DESIGNS
MONEY ORDER


Payment is required within 3-5 days of purchase.
Please message me if your payment will take longer than 5 days.

Shipping

Orders are shipped the SATURDAY after payment is received.
I currently ship on SATURDAYS only.
Please contact me if you need something in a hurry, and I will do my best to make it happen :)
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the TRACKING NUMBER (domestic orders only)
Unfortunately, a TRACKING NUMBER for International orders is $10 extra (pls message me if you’d like this)



DOMESTIC items
Shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with TRACKING NUMBER
It takes 3-7 days.
Flat rate shipping only.


INTERNATIONAL items
Shipped via USPS AIR MAIL INTERNATIONAL
It takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.


EXPRESS shipping
Available upon request only and costs more.
It takes 1-5 days (Domestic and International).
This includes insurance, a tracking number, and delivery from 1-5 days (Domestic and International).

CHICAGOLAND RESIDENTS--- feel free to schedule a meet up time if you prefer. Message me before payment and you will not be charged a shipping fee.



**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: There is a great chance that you may have to pay a customs fee to receive your item. Unfortunately, I have no control over this. If you are buying from out of the country, please be aware you may have to pay an additional fee after purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned within one week for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

However, if you have ANY questions, please feel free to contact me BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

Also, message me if you have a concern about any item you’ve received in the mail.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
I absolutely LOVE doing this!! Custom designs may cost a bit more depending on the style and fabric. Also, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery
