Welcome and thank you for shopping at Lime Tree. I specialize in objects of kiln-formed glass. I make all the glass parts of each piece, the beads, strings and the pendant blanks. I hope you enjoy wearing one of these pieces as much as I enjoy creating it. Your satisfaction is important to me. Please read the shop policies. If you have any questions, email me.

Payment

Lime Tree Glass Studio accepts checks, money orders and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours your payment clears. Payments should be made within three days of ordering or the piece will be relisted. California residents must add 8.75% sales tax.

Shipping

I normally ship USPS, first class. I will insure your shipment at your request and payment of the additional charge. If you have a special shipping need (UPS, FEDEX, Priority mail) or, if you are an international customer, contact me with your requirements. There may be an additional charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

I think you will be dazzled by your purchase. But if you are not, or it arrives damaged, you may return it. Just e-mail me before you do. I will refund your purchase price less the postage.
