Hi! I make books because I find beautiful paper inspiring. The rich textures and colors continually amaze me and they are a pleasure to work with!
Most of the journals in my shop are one-of-a-kind. I make them according to the materials I have on hand and what is inspiring me that day! Oftentimes I'll go with a theme and make a handful that are similar, but rarely do I re-create any exactly. The exception to that would be the little albums - MOO minicard albums, photo albums and business card albums. Those can almost always be re-created, as long as I still have the original paper/cloth.
Please note that if you order a MOO minicard album, expect an additional 3-5 days before shipment. Each album is handcrafted when you place your order - I want your MOO cards to be happy in their new home!
Payment
I currently only accept payment by Paypal. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not, I'll first contact you with a friendly reminder then I'll have to cancel the sale and re-list the item, if I do not hear from you. If for some reason you need to cancel the sale, please let me know as soon as possible, as I package things up quite quickly after the purchase is made.
Shipping
I generally ship in-stock items within 2-3 days of receiving payment, depending on the day of the week the purchase was made. I ship everything First Class mail - both domestic and international purchases. I can ship Priority, or even Express, if you prefer, just let me know *before* you pay and I will send you an updated invoice. Please be aware that expedited international shipping is a substantial increase in price.
Insurance is not included in the shipping price. I will gladly add it to any order upon request and I recommend it for larger orders.
I will always let you know if there is some reason I will be unable to ship your item quickly. It hasn't happened yet!
If I greatly overestimate your shipping charges I will refund you the difference as soon as I find out.
Please note that shipping times vary widely, I cannot be responsible for the transit time of an item after it has left my hands. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I generally do not offer returns or exchanges. As each situation is unique, please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order!
