Payment

I Accept paypal, money orders, and personal checks. All checks must wait to clear before item will be shipped out. If using paypal please try to pay when you purchase your item or let me know if you need a little time.

Shipping

All eBook patterns are emailed within 24 hours. They are attached as a PDF file and you will need Adobe Reader to view these files. You can download Adobe free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the eBook patterns they are non refundable or exchangeable. If you do have any questions or concerns about one I am happy to help!

If you would like to take advantage of my BOGO offer you must purchase both your full price and half price pattern together. Also I will not forward patterns to any new or alternate email addresses after 30 days so please be sure to download, or print out your pattern so you will always have a copy of it.
