Payment

Buyers are expected to pay at the time of "purchase". If payment isn't received at the time of purchase, I will attempt to contact the "buyer" via Etsy convo. If the payment isn't received within 1 week I'll submit the request to Etsy Admin for the transaction to be reversed.

Shipping

Shipping: We ship to the US and Canada USPS First Class on everything in the store except items that are too heavy to be shipped First Class which will be sent Priority. We don't insure our packages or provide tracking numbers. We cannot be responsible for items once we have shipped them, so we recommend that buyers purchase insurance. If you want to add insurance to your package, just tell us in the notes to seller and wait to pay until we can send you a revised invoice. We will also be glad to ship your package Priority or Overnight for exact cost and will revise your invoice when notified. Please allow 3 weeks for shipping of custom items, and 5 for custom dresses and/or jon-jon (they are individually handmade from another shop and Elle Belle does the embroidery).

International shipping: We will ship "everywhere else" via USPS First Class Mail for an additional $2.00. We are always happy to ship Global Priority instead; just let us know if you prefer this and we can send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns: We do not accept returns on personalized items. If you're not completely satisfied with any of your other Elle Belle purchases, you may return it within 5 days of receipt in unused condition. Elle Belle will refund your purchase price - $5 restocking fee.
