Payment

**Payment**
I accept PayPal, RME and money orders. Orders will not ship until payment clears. PayPal and RME payments go to annettemarin [!at] yahoo.com

Shipping

**Shipping**
Most orders ship through USPS. I will combine shipping on multiple items. If the actual shipping is much less than you pay (through paypal), I will refund the difference. Other shipping options are available at your request.

Refunds and Exchanges

**Returns/Exchanges** Returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by emailing annettemarin [!at] yahoo.com . Manufacturing defects can be repaired or exchanged minus shipping costs. Returned products must be mailed back within 30 days of the mail out date. We will refund your money, minus all shipping costs for returned products. All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition. No smells, stains, tears, etc. Refunds by PayPal can take up to 2 weeks, refunds by money order can take up to 30 days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Layaway/Payment Plan** Layaway plans are available for orders over $100. Use the code Layaway in comments box upon checkout and include your PayPal or RME email address for your invoice. (This is not a coupon.)
Non Refundable Down Payment: 25% due at checkout, invoice will be sent
Second Payment: 25% due 30 days from order date
Third Payment: 25% due 60 days from order date
Fourth Payment: remaining balance + shipping due 90 days from order date
Orders will not ship until paid in full. If orders are canceled, or payments are not received, a refund will be issued, minus the 25% down payment.
