Welcome to our Etsy store, and "Hello!" to our friends of www.fordite.com As some of you may already know, we are also the folks from Urban Relic Design, and we specialize in innovating unusual materials in our high quality, unique, sterling silver and gold jewelry. We strive to fulfill all of your cutting-edge adornment needs. If you're looking for something different or custom made, then you've come to the right place! If you like the quirky and unusual, we'd like to welcome you to the fold...

In addition to being hopelessly creative and sometimes funny, we are dedicated to providing excellent service, and top notch customer satisfaction! For our jewelry designer clientele, we often supply loose cabochons of Motor Agate (Fordite), Bowlerine, and gorgeous, glittering, high quality Druzanium too!

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless otherwise negotiated with me.

Shipping

All prices in my shop listings are quoted for domestic First Class USPS insured shipping. Packages are mailed within 48 hours of purchase. I ship Mon. thru Fri. only.

Your purchase will be packaged nicely in a presentation box, with a ribbon included, so you may examine the piece before rewrapping it if you are gifting it.

I happily ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please inquire prior to paying for your purchase.

Expedited shipping services are available using USPS or FedEx.

Refunds and Exchanges

Stocked items may be returned within seven days of the date of receipt for a full refund less shipping and/or tax charged. Returned items must be in original condition and cannot have been damaged or altered in any way. If you have an item you would like to return, please convo us, email us at info [!at] urbanrelicdesign.com, or call us at 847-873-2828 for instructions before mailing your item back to us. This will insure that your return is processed correctly.
Please note: Custom-designed, commissioned pieces cannot be returned for a refund. During the creation of a custom designed piece, we work closely with you to ensure that the finished product is what you want!
