Payment

♥ i accept Paypal. This means you may:
1- pay with your Paypal account
2- pay with a credit card via Paypal
3- pay with an echeck via paypal. Please note that with this option, your item will not be shipped until the echeck clears (usually 4-6 days) and i can print a shipping label.

all of these options are very safe and secure!

♥ payment must be made immediately. if no payment is made within three days, unfortunately the transaction will have to be canceled, unless of course you have convo'd or emailed me letting me know!

♥ Please be sure that the address you have saved on Paypal is the address you'd like your item(s) to be shipped to- I make all shipping labels through Paypal. I always try to check to makes sure the address you have saved on Etsy and Paypal match, but I am not responsible for shipment to the wrong address.

Shipping

♥ DOMESTIC items will be shipped out to you via USPS First Class Mail in 1-3 days after payment clears through PayPal.

♥ INTERNATIONAL items will be shipped out once per week, most likely on Saturdays, via USPS First Class Mail.

♥ If you would like your item shipped to you using a quicker method (Priority Mail, Express Mail, etc.) please let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

♥ ALL items are safely packaged in a bubble mailer.

♥ All jewelry is lovingly packaged in a sweet organza pouch, ready for giving (or keeping of course!)

Refunds and Exchanges

♥ My number one priority is for you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase! If there are any problems with your order, please let me know immediately and we will work together to fix the issue.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥ All items are made in a smoke and pet-free environment.

♥ I will happily shorten a necklace chain for no additional cost. Just let me know in 'note to seller'

♥ I try to show the colors of my items as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that colors will vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
