Payment

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you are new to Etsy and/or Paypal and would like some assistance checking out please let me know. Below is a helpful tutorial on the Etsy checkout process:

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class mail, this method is the most affordable.

If you would like expedited shipping, a priority mail upgrade, or insurance, contact me through Etsy and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

I ship to the address you supply during checkout on Etsy, not the default billing/PayPal supplied address.

Purchased items are shipped within 24-48 hours upon purchase, in the case of weekend or holidays, items will ship the next business day morning .

Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping rate for all orders.

In order to reduce waste, orders of multiple items are gift boxed together. Please let me know if you would prefer a gift box for each item in the 'notes to seller' box during checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from stringofblue, please contact me with in 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange for a return of merchandise. Please note that shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
