Payment

I only accept Paypal. When you pay, pal, I'll post!

IMPORTANT: A buyer is obligated to immediately pay in full if using PayPal by clicking the "Buy Now" button during checkout. If the buyer hasn't proceeded to PayPal, I will contact them.
If there is no contact and the transaction is not completed within ONE day, I will cancel the transaction and relist. Negative feedback is given at my discretion.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 3 business days when payment is received and funds clear!
Each item is packaged with care and attention so that it arrives in the same condition in which it left.
Items are sent by First Class Royal Mail in the UK, and by Airmail for overseas deliveries. Insured postage is available by request.

IMPORTANT: Occasionally, there are conflicting delivery addresses on Paypal & Etsy. I will contact the buyer and if after THREE days, have received no confirmation, I will ship by default to the address provided by ETSY.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, I will issue a full refund provided that the item is returned to me within 28 days of purchase. I cannot refund shipping costs.
