Welcome

Being a freelance creative myself, I understand the need for affordable and innovative promotional materials and services. I keep my prices competitive, and also walk through the entire design process.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal. Payments should be made within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Physical purchases are mailed 5 business days from the date payment is cleared.

Shipped items are sent to the address on your Etsy receipt; please make sure it's current.

Estimated arrival is 8 to 15 days from send date, but may take more than 20 depending on destination. Tracking is not always available. Please contact me BEFORE ordering if a tracking number is required. Shipping charges might increase.

Great care is taken when packaging so your item arrives safely. However, I am not responsible for damage or loss during it's travel if it occurs. In case you have a problem, please contact me.

Customers are responsible for any fees and tariffs associated with Customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds on any of the graphic design products. Due to the time it takes to create and list items as well as fees involved, all sales are final.

COMMUNICATION
Due to the nature of the work and product involved, phoning and meeting isn't possible. Contact is made via email and internet communication only. Why?... This practice keeps accurate records of your requests and our conversations and privides a solid reference while working on your project. Also, most of the resource material provided for use by either party is viable primarily by computer only.

METHOD
A set of questions with links will be sent as Etsy conversation after you've made your purchase. Please answer them thoroughly. They are an important reference point and will assist the design making process so that the end product stays truer to your visions. To keep all pertinent information together, please refrain starting a new convo message and use the original thread only (Simply hit the reply button each time).

HOURS
I work more or less all waking hours during the week Monday - Friday. I generally do not work on the weekends as they are reserved for family obligations.
