Payment

I prefer Paypal payments, but if you would like to work out a different arrangement, feel free to contact me. We'll find a solution that works for you.

California residence will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

I try to ship by the most cost effective means available. For most of my items, this will be First Class Mail. Larger items, like play sets, will ship by either Parcel Post or Priority Mail depending on location.

As with all my policies, if you would prefer special shipping methods, or a different carrier, please let me know. There may need to be an adjustment to the posted shipping prices, but I will do my best to accomidate any needs you have.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available for items returned within 10 days is as-shipped condition. Shipping costs are not generally refunded. If you ever have a problem or question, by all means, contact me. I'm not after fame and fortune - I want happy customers, and happy kids!
