I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks which must clear prior to shipment.

Shipping

Raggedy Pageant ships within the US by USPS Priority 2 day mail. Shipping outside US is via USPS International First Class Mail.
I encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. I unfortunately cannot be responsible for items which are lost or stolen that I in good faith mailed. Thanks for your understanding on this issue.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you happy so I will exchange or refund your purchase. I will need the item back in its original smoke free condition. I am unable to refund shipping costs which is a bad side effect of online shopping!
