All items come from a smoke free, pet free studio.

Payment

We accept PayPal, or checks. We have to charge VT residents tax--sorry!
We appreciate you paying for your items within 3 days.

Shipping

We ship Monday thru Thursday.
Smaller/lighter items ship first class mail and typically take 3-5 days to arrive. Most other items ship via Priority mail and arrive in 2-3 business days from time of shipment. Very large shipments may ship via UPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Don't like something? Feel free to send it back within 14 days...please email us first and let us know. Unless you're sending it back because of our mistake, there is no refund for shipping costs. Please note: If you pay reduced shipping charges as part of a special -- then you will be refunded the cost of the items minus the shipping costs that were actually paid to get your goods to you.
