roxypop designs offers you crochet and sewn accessories for you and your home. All items are handmade and made with top quality materials such as wool, bamboo fill and cute imported Japanese fabrics.

Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD$). Immediate payment is appreciated. Any orders without payment will be cancelled after 2 days from the date of purchase and the product(s) will be re-listed.

Items will only be mailed once the transaction has been cleared.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Canada within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment if an item is in stock. All items are handmade and may be made to order. A message will be sent with an approximate time frame if the item is not in stock.

Please note that it sometimes takes up to 3 or 4 weeks for packages to arrive to the US depending on customs and may sometimes take 6 to 8 weeks if there are holidays. Same for international orders.

International Shipping: Please contact us regarding individual shipping rates if they are not already listed.

Insurance is available for an extra charge, but this is optional. If insurance is not requested, you are accepting responsibility of shipping loss or damage. Items lost or damaged by the post office, is not the responsibility of roxypop

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If you do have a problem or a question, please contact me and I hope to work with you to resolve the problem.
