Hello my name is Victoria Martina. I'm from Edinburg Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. My specialty is in Lolita fashion and design. I hand make all the items in my shop. I've been designing and sewing lolita clothing for six years now, and I can't wait to make it seven! All Clothing and Designs are by me, Victoria Martina and every item is handmade to order, using the very best of fabrics and the utmost of care! I specialize in country and sweet styles.

Payment

As of April I will only accept payment through paypal. Please make sure to send your payment within one bussiness week(5 days) of having pruchased your item.

Shipping

All items are packaged with the utmost of care in tissue and usually include washing istructions. All items, sans those sent internationally, are sent Priority. Shipping and Handling fees for out of Country shippments will vary, though often times only by a few dollara. If you, the buyer, would perfer a diffrent method of shipping please inform me prior to purching so that I may adjust your S/H fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are at all unhappy with your item I will grant a full refund, provided that all items youe return are unworn, undamaged, and returned to me within 7 days of you having received the item.

If the item does not fit, is too long or too short you are entitled to an exhange or an alteration.

If you choose the alteration you must inform me of a misfit within the first 7 days of having received the item, you have 1 week (2 weeks for international buyers) after that to let me know you want me to take the item in, after which I will ask you to return the item to me for an alteration.

Buyer, you are responsible for all shipping costs that are incurred during the alteration, the first alteration is Free. Any other alterations are 35 dollars there after so please be sure to provide me with all your exact measurements.


If you choose an exchange you must inform me within 5 bussiness days after having recieved the item. You may exhange your item for the same item in the apropriate size, if the item is no longer in stock or is no longer being made you may exhange your item for any item inth shop of equal or greater value. If you choose to exchange your item for one with a greater retail value than that which your originally bought you must pay the diffrence between the items. In order to obtain your exchange you must return the orginal item to me, undamaged and clean within 7 bussiness days.

Buyer you are responsible for the shipping costs of any exchanges.
