Payment

Paypal is my preferred method, because it is Etsy's preferred method. It's the easiest. But I accept RME as well. If you would like to use this, send me a message prior to check out and I will set you up with an invoice. Thank you.

Shipping

My shipping is worldwide now. It is displayed on each item in the shop for you to see. The reason Canada shipping costs more than U.S.A. is because I do most of my shipping during night time hours at the self service kiosk when the Post Office is closed. I charge more for Canada because I then have to find the time to go during normal hours. It's nothing about naivety against shipping rates.

I don't print invoices. Why? Because you already have your invoice. It's under your purchases section in your 'My Etsy'. It's a waste of paper and ink for me to send you an invoice you already have.

I have rescued a bunch of scrapbook paper that was being thrown away at my husband's work. I will be double wrapping packages with this instead of purchasing pre-made kraft style bags. It's called recycling. Your products will still be bubble wrapped nicely. As I don't see way around using it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read descriptions of items. If you have questions about size or the length of something, ask. I don't want anyone to be disappointed with something due to mis-communication without conversation. Also, jewelry is fragile, even if it's plastic! Please keep all your jewelry safe from harm and handle with care. If something is wrong, send me a message and we will work something out. This is on a case to case basis.
