Greetings from "New England's West Coast", the Lake Champlain area of Vermont.
My business is, quite simply, about loving great fabric. It is selected, treated, and handcrafted with great care, and I do my part to minimize impact on the environment, for it is the environment, and these gorgeous surrondings which inspire me.

Payment

Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept personal checks and money orders, of these USPS money orders are preferred over other money orders or checks...they are cheap to purchase for the customer, and I can cash them at the post office and send your parcel right away. Other money orders and checks must clear my bank first.
Payment is expected with 24 hours by paypal purchase, within one week if you are mailing payment.
Did something unexpected come up and you need additional time or to cancel? Convo me.
Vermont residents: 6% sales tax applies to non-clothing purchases, but on orders less than $50 I will pay the tax for the convenience of the transaction.

Shipping

I generally ship within two business days of receiving your cleared payment. Pillows may take a day or two longer as I don't always stock boxes to fit.
I ship USPS, generally first class and without insurance or delivery confirmation. Convo me if your needs differ. I also frequently use recycled shipping containers (envelopes, boxes), if this is a gift item or you have other need for non-recycled shipping container convo me.
International customers: My postage rates are estimates. If I greatly underestimate, I'll let you know. PILLOWS can't be shipped economically to International buyers, but I can sell you a pillow cover and you can buy a form locally. Convo me for reduced price and shipping on pillows.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have never had a customer tell me they are not satisfied with an item, nor have I ever had an item lost. If there is a problem, convo me, we'll work on it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Pets and allergies: My studio is not pet free; I prewash all fabric to preshrink it and to remove finishing chemicals. Fabric is stored in a pet free area. It is then constructed in an area which is not pet free. Upon completion, it is laundered again, pressed, and packaged in the pet free area. All laundering is done in Seventh Generation detergent.

Custom orders: I love to find just the right fabric for an article for someone, please convo with your needs.
