Payment

I accept payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments, just a credit or debit card.

For North Carolina customers: A 6.75% sales tax will be added to your order during the payment stage (since shipping is also taxable in N.C., tax will be applied to the entire sale.).

If you have paid using PayPal's "e-check", I wait until your payment has cleared to ship the item. Just F.Y.I...on rare occasions these can take up to 10 business days to clear.

HOLDS:

I am glad to hold items for up to 3 days. If you have purchased an item but need a day or two to pay, just contact me right away, so I know you intend to make the purchase.

CHANGE YOUR MIND?:

Everyone makes a mistake now and then. Just let me know and I will cancel the sale. No problem.

Shipping

All packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. I ship via the U.S. Postal Service to keep the cost low. On average delivery takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to U.S. addresses (depending on location), but in rare cases can take as long as two weeks (longer for international customers). Make sure to factor this in when you make time sensitive purchases. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee*.

I will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped and give you an estimate arrival time based on your location.

*PRIORITY SHIPPING:
If you would like Priority shipping, go ahead and make your purchase and ask about priority in your message. I will send a separate PayPal invoice for the upgraded shipping ($3.50 extra on most small items).

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or replacements may be issued on a situation by situation basis. I try very hard to be as fair as possible, so please contact me right away if there is a problem with your order.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES:

All the items in my shop, except for my pillows, are available wholesale. Please send me a "convo" and include an email address where I can send you more information.

I am not taking on any consignment opportunities at this time.
