Hi there! My name is Laurie O'Harra. I have been crafting all my life. I settled on wreaths and floral arrangements almost 15 years ago. When I was about 5 years old I remember my grandma's and aunt's gardens full of flowers and I used to spend hours outside in our garden growing up just looking at and admiring all the pretty flowers and colors. When I got a little older I used to always follow my mom around the yard when she gardened, but back in those days all I got to do was the weeding. Now I have huge garden, mainly eco-friendly plants that require little water but I did sneak in a few roses, one of my favorite flowers.

I love making my wreaths and arrangements. Every silk flower, piece of greenery, berry stem is placed on with care. I don't buy a piece of garland and glue it on a wreath. Everything is put on by me, my hands, just me. I use very high quality wreaths, silk flowers and embellishments that are mainly made in the USA. I have designed with dried and freeze dried flowers but they are very hard to work here in Nevada at the high altitude and I just can't make them work for me. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH SILK FLOWERS AT ALL and the thing I love most about silks is that they will last forever and they don't crumble when I use them and they require minimal care when you receive your arrangement in your home. Each wreath I make is one of a kind and I rarely duplicate designs but if I have the supplies on hand I can try, you just need to ask.

I pride myself on being very easy to work with so if you give my designs a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Payment

I accept and prefer Paypal. I'd like to have payment in three days after committing to buy. Item will be shipped within three days of receiving payment.

You don't need to have a Paypal account to purchase here on etsy--just put any item(s)
you'd like to purchase in your cart and after submitting your order, click pay now and go down and you will see pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account, just click and you're on your way.

If you need any help at all, please don't hesitate to ask.

Shipping

I will try to keep my shipping costs down. I will not and do not pad shipping charges.

I will charge a flat rate of $13.00 for domestic United States shipping on wreaths and $6.00 for shipping the smaller items.

I will ship internationally but I will have to charge actual shipping charges. We will need to convo first so I can figure out the shipping charges. It's easy to do. I just need a city, country and postal code in advance so we can determine if the shipping amount is acceptable to you.

I will usually ship through the United States post office, but sometimes I will use Fedex Ground as it will be cheaper.

If you are sending an item as a gift you just need to convo me and I will ship with a card, with no charge for the card! (and not just a plain card--I've purchased some very nice cards from an Etsy seller that I will use as gift cards--I also have Christmas gift tags--you just need to let me know To and From.)

Sometimes it can take up to 3 days (business days) to get packages ready. I work full time so I am super busy. If I can get packages out sooner, I will. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I need to be notified within 24 hours what the problem is and we can agree to have you send it back. I will refund the entire cost of purchase, excluding shipping charges. I want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I believe in pricing reasonably and which is what I do and will continue to do as long as I am selling my crafts. Overpricing does not promote good will and this is something I strongly believe in--good will.
