Payment

I prefer paypal. If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact me before making a purchase.

I expect payment at the time of purchase

Shipping

I generally ship via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or 1st class parcel. I ship only after I have received confirmation of paypal payment or the payment has cleared my bank.

I ship as fast as I can, sometimes the very next day. The worst that you can expect is once a week, generally on Fridays. This is subject to change depending on my work schedule.

I reuse packaging materials whenever I can.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would like you to be very satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any problems, which may include a refund. This is determined case by case.
