Hello Supporter of all things Handmade! Thank you for visiting my store and supporting the arts and crafts community. I believe when you purchase an item from etsy, you will received the very best in quality and workmanship as you are buying directly from the artist. I hope you have nothing but the very best experience from me and my fellow etsians!

Payment

My payments are listed on the page with my items for sale. I will gladly accept your cancellation of your order if you notify me before I ship the item out (I check my email daily). Any refunds (whether from returns or cancellation) will be deducted the etsy listing fee, paypal fees, and shipping fees.

Shipping

I used USPS for all shipping to United States and Canada.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since majority of my items are one of a kind, if you need to exchange an item, it will have to be for a 'like' item. If the item arrives defective, I will gladly repair it for no cost as long as I am notified within 7 days of receipt. Any refunds (whether from returns or cancellation) will be deducted the etsy listing fee, paypal fees, and shipping fees.

I stand behind my work. Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase and provide me the opportunity to make your transaction more then satisfactory. Please contact me if you desire a 'sold' item. I can also do custom work and be willing to wholesale items as well. Thank you.
