Welcome to Jenny Hofer Designs! Here you will find one of a kind, handmade goods that are all produced by me with much attention to detail. I love putting together functional yet beautiful items that incorporate exquisite color, pattern, and texture.

Payment

I accept PayPal as payment for all purchases. I ship items after payment is complete!

All residents of Nebraska will be charged sales tax of 7%. This will automatically be added into the total upon PayPal's checkout.

Shipping

Shipping info: Currently I ship orders within the US via USPS Priority Mail. Smaller items (such as wallets) may be shipped First Class if not combined with another, larger item. International orders may be shipped First Class or International Priority - please let me know if you have specific shipping needs.

If you have other needs for shipping (First Class or Express Mail rather than Priority), please let me know. I can also purchase insurance if you prefer. Additional changes to shipping charges will be adjusted by me through PayPal - either I will send you an invoice for the additional cost, or I will send you a refund for the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive for excellence in craftsmanship as well as customer service, so please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way. Items may be returned for refund of the item price minus a 10% restocking fee (which covers Etsy and Paypal fees). Custom orders are non-refundable. Additionally, I am not able to refund shipping fees. If you do require a refund, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of shipment to expedite the process.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Order Process:

Do you like one of my products, but really want it in a different color or fabric style? No problem! Just send me a Convo with your request. Or, if you are interested in one of my "design your own..." listings, you can purchase the listing and tell me your color/fabric wishes in the "Message to Seller" section at checkout.

Once I have agreed to work on a custom project (or you have purchased the listing), I will continue to communicate with you via Convo or email as we narrow our color/fabric selections. Often, I will put together digital "swatches" for you to look at so you can see how things would look in your particular project.

I do not keep a huge stash of fabric in my studio (no room!), so I tend to order fabric for any specific project. I try to order from Etsy suppliers, to continue supporting this great Etsy community! I will let you know once I receive the shipment of fabric (usually a few days). Once I have fabric in hand, production generally takes 1-3 days depending on the project.
